In 1888 The British Lions set sail on their first tour to Australia.

125 years later they returned.

This epic 360 campaign celebrated HSBC's sponsorship of the tour, as we sent famous Lions of past and present on another Legendary Journey down under.

 

As the TV sent our Lions on a journey aboard a 19th century Tall Ship, our long copy press ads mustered fans to the Lions' cause in typical 1800s’ fashion, before and during their campaign.

Reactive press and OOH was used to rally fans around the Lions as the tour progressed, which was accompanied online at home and abroad. As well as a full digital experience housed on Facebook, YouTube and Sky Sports.
