One of the biggest challenges that the Army faces is assessing and ensuring that potential recruits are at the Army level of fitness.

As part of the winning recruitment pitch to the Army we created a tool to help nurture applicants during this process, showing them that the Army will always help them be their best.

We know that groups of friends often sign up together, so we allowed users to share their progress in the form of medals and encourage their friends to meet group goals. Allowing them to unlock elite levels and instilling the sense of teamwork that would become integral later-on in their army career.

Train in a different league //

During the Six Nations we were given access to the Army Rugby team. It gave us a fantastic opportunity to create a series of ads that we could air throughout the championship and during the Rugby World Cup later in the year.

Unfortunately due to ever diminishing access and the team's tricky schedule, we went from planning to make three ads, to only getting two hours with the team. Nonetheless Nick Haley cracked on, and did an amazing job to capture the one ad we could on his first commercial shoot.

More than meets the eye II //

The More than Meets the Eye Campaign aimed to show how the Army Reserve is fully integrated with the its regular counterpart and hopes to capture the interest of those looking for more from their careers.
